You interview and run a paid trial
You interview the shortlist yourself and can set a short paid practical trial, so the decision rests on the work rather than on an interview. Ask which checks were completed for each candidate.

Hire on written terms, with replacement cover
Agree the wage, hours, day off, leave and notice in writing before the start date. The placement fee is charged once, after you hire, and every placement carries written replacement cover.
Transparent placement fees
Staffly charges a one-time placement fee equal to one month's agreed salary, payable when you confirm a hire. The employee's salary is paid separately; there is no monthly agency commission.

Timing depends on the role, skills, budget, interview schedule and candidate notice period. Staffly confirms the proposed timeline after reviewing the brief rather than guaranteeing immediate availability.
